We take the time to listen and understand what's going on with your health, and what your pain or condition is preventing you from doing. We want to know what your goals are, whether it's getting back to your golf game, running with your dog, playing with your grandkids or doing your job without pain.
We aren't into gadgets and gimmicks, and we will combine your tailored chiropractic adjustments with proven therapies to help speed your recovery, such as electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound and heat or ice. Dr. Mark will usually recommend some home care such as stretching, as well nutritional advice to support your body as it heals. He may also suggest Custom Shoe Orthotics to provide a balanced foundation for your spine and body.
He also enjoys educating patients about keeping their bodies functioning optimally through chiropractic care. Most patients ignore their pain or dysfunction until they can't do something they love (or need) to do, and Tracy chiropractor Dr. Mark wants people to know that chiropractic can help keep them from getting to that point.
We offer a variety of adjusting techniques, focusing primarily on Diversified hands-on adjusting. Your plan of care will be designed specifically for your needs and goals, and may include other types of adjustments such as activator, drop table, or flexion distraction.
